Assess Texas is a provider for the Texas Division for Assistive and Rehabilitative Services and Disability Determination Services. We perform a variety of evaluations including mental status examinations, vocational rehabilitation evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, and evaluations for the blind, deaf and hard of hearing.
